If I had a dream project it would include comic art, cartoony characters, and painting. It would involve working with talented like minded people. It would have characters and a story that are close to my heart and most important of all it must glorify God and spread His glorious good news of salvation in Jesus Christ. Well, we're already 2 mos. into the new year but blessed with new motivation and inspiration.  Thanks to some new friends I met on Christian Comic Arts Society's page.  Hoping to collaborate on a comic idea I have had for some time but had gotten stuck.  Now with some fresh input I have a fresh zeal to move forward.  Posted some character designs for the villains in the gallery.  Have a great day!

Had a blast participating in the Despicable Me 2 Minion Fan Art Contest.  DM2 was the best movie I saw this year ( and I saw a few! ) so it was great to show my appreciation by putting in a couple of entries.  The best part was that I learned a few new tricks in the process of making them.  I tell my students that each time they make a work of art whether it turns out or not they become a better artist.  It's like eating food.  Sometimes we eat things that don't taste good to us and we may even determine to never eat those things again.  And yet it still nourished our body in some way.  In fact sometimes the least tasty things are the best fo
